Lincoln Mark Series .400 V-8.. "Has a little rust, will travel" Have driven, and loved for 15 years..[Jan 2005]...I have put 65,000 miles on the car..true mileage unknown..Always fires right up, and drives anywhere in the country, without a hitch...Needs much TLC, a good scrubbing/vacuuming, dash cover, and front seat-cover...Rear seat has cloth over the top due to sun damage.....Not a show-car...Will get you to work, for sure..Needs a column shifter ..right now, vice-grips work fine..8-track player needs repair, in trunk, or just get another, same style off of eBay..Has many, many thousands of dollars pumped into this car over the years..Over $1200 in Edelbrock carb, Edel. intake, MSD ignition, MSD distributor, and MSD Coil..The clear hood emblem is NOS from 5 years ago..$400 to $1200 pricing for that item alone..Custom whitewall tires were about $1150, or $1200 shipped...but they're about 11-ish years old..would not use them due to age...still have decent tread left..too wide of white wall anyway; you should get the proper 7/8" whitewalls made..Patrick 801. 390. 0600 Just got laid off, have to move out of state, have too many classic car projects...LOOKING for a GREAT NEW HOME for this classic! Has rear Monroe air shocks, always ready if needed..I put on new coil springs also, money, money...sits up high and nice..This car is 41 years old, sold as-is..Transmission shifts like velvet, ALWAYS..C6..Takes [Castrol] Type F Transmission Fluid ONLY...SAME Type F in power steering reservoir..$100 deposit by PayPal, balance in cash, or wire transfer..Thank you. I have a like new, leather center console that holds all the 8 tracks, I can list on eBay later, separately..A/C needs attention, not sure what..Heater needs a blower motor, no biggie. I installed Cloyes double-roller, sick timing chain, boss. Trunk has super thick factory blue carpet throughout, EVEN on the inside deck lid. I put on custom, dual exhaust.. sounds SUPER amazing, [throaty] old school..V-Force from Canada. No cats, for sickest flow. Cartier clock needs repair..I have 2 or 3 more, will list separately on eBay. Passenger arm rest in trunk..driver vent window sticky..Electric seat also sticky, driver...Rear windows made to stay closed from factory..Lighted vanity mirrors in both sun-visors. In 1979, one of the world's most expensive production luxury cars available..With 8 tracks blasting, and sun roof open, it's always GAME ON! If the imperfections bother you, just drive it at night! : ) Original paint it looks like, as the pin stripes are very original..VERY cool gold pin stripes painted on from factory. Late '70s = "Heart of the Disco Era" Saturday Night Fever 8 track fits right in..Big fun. There is a lifter tick, but still runs strong (for 10 yrs) with it.
