Description for Lincoln Town Car 1991
COLLECTOR WANTED: to complete restoration of 1991 Lincoln Town Car, Executive Series for Showcase and Display. This Lincoln has only had three owners, ever. It has never passed 200K original miles. It will still run to Florida and back without a hitch; however, It is now an Antique and is not permitted by DMV to be used for daily regular driving purposes. This is why I have Antique Tags on it and a permanent Antique Registration. I also possess the title which has been converted into an Antique Title and it is free and clear with no liens. Even though the car runs really good, technically it is primarily intended for display and showcase purposes now, because of its' age. The car has also had the entire Exhaust system replaced with steel from the Exhaust Manifolds to the Tailpipe. It will out last the car. It has had the transmission re-built and the Rear Suspension Airbags have been replaced with Heavy Duty Standard Shocks. The Engine runs very smoothly. But the upholstery needs to be upgraded and it has a few scratches and scrapes on the fender, bumper and the hood. The Tires are White-Walled and in excellant condition. There are no rust or dents on the body. A small investment in cosmetics (ie: paint job) from a serious auto collector and you will have yourself a fine Antique Vehicle that is fully operational. Will throw in a good spare tire. Asking for $7,000 from a serious collector who intends to continue to restore this vehicle to it's original glory. I am also open to "Best Offers". Please keep in mind that I am not selling a perfect vehicle, I'm selling an Antique that can be restored to a perfect vehicle.Thank you!
