Description for Lincoln Continental 1967
I have for sale my 1967 Lincoln Continental sedan in a very desirable black on black color combination. The car has 29. XX original miles on it. I have receipts from 1989 where the car was taken in for a tire service before it sat for about 20 years. The car has been local to washington and is from the Lake Stevens area. The car recent maintenance the car has had is new plugs. plug wires. new battery. new fuel pump. fuel filter. Solid steel steering box insulators (gets rid of some of the "floatiness" these older cars are known for). The car runs excellent especially after the tune up. There are a few cons to the car. a 6" piece of chrome trim went missing from the driver side door by the mirror. Needs new emblems for the exterior. and has a rust area in the driver side rear inner door jam and it is the only spot of rust on the body. The interior of the car is all original and the leather is in great condition with exception of a small crack on the dash next to the air vents towards the front. and a crack on the leather armrest on the door panel. The car has the the vacuum door locks. power seats. power windows. and has the factory a/c (needs to be recharged). Car was painted a few years ago and looks great. Floor pans are solid and the undercarriage has light surface rust but nothing major (see pics). The car has a clear title and is accident free. It is a great car but I am wanting to sell it because I do not drive the car and want to see it go to somebody who will truly appreciate this classic. Feel free to message me for any additional questions. I will remove any bids from anybody with 0 feedback. and I will require a deposit of $500 within 24 hours of auctions end. I am located in Seattle. Washington but I am willing to work with the buyer on getting the vehicle safely transported.
