2004 Caterham Lotus Super 7

Description for Lotus Super Seven 1980

We just purchased this vehicle and have test driven it for a couple weeks and have found no issues at all. This Lotus was donated to the auction by the original owner. Included in the sale is all the documentation and owners manuals. The vehicle is currently registered and located in California.
Engine:Installed under the hood is a Ford Focus SVT engine coupled to a 6 speed manual transmission. This car accelerates like a bullet.
Paint:The paint is in excellent condition with the exception of the rear fenders. There is a lot of chips on the rear fenders from debris thrown from the front wheels which is typical of these cars.The rest of the vehicle paint is in great condition for the year and mileage of the car.
Interior:The interior is in excellent condition, every switch works and this car even has a heater. The windshield even has a defroster.
Exterior:The soft doors are in excellent condition and the convertible top is included and looks to have never been installed and is still in the storage bag.
Suspension:We lifted the car on our rack, and underneath is just as clean as the top. If this car was used it looks like it was just on the road.
Included with all the little bags of hardware from the build and the owners manual is a speedometer that shows it was replaced at 1630 miles, that is why we stated 3100 miles instead of what is shown on the speedometer.
