Offered for sale, from KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, is this desirable Europa Twin Cam in project car condition. This car was just purchased from it's older long term owner from the state of Oklahoma. The car needs a full restoration but is definitely a worthy candidate. It is an original and rare Renault Mid Green / Black car from new.The body on this car is reasonable. There are some small repairs needed to some areas of the fiberglass bodyshell. The engine cover lid should be replaced rather than repaired. The doors are stuck shut on the catches so the condition of the hinges is unknown. The car is showing mostly original paint, primer, and fiberglass.The car's interior has been exposed to the elements over the years and is weather shot. It would need a complete retrim to say the least. The original seat frame metal is soft and should be replaced. The dash looks pretty complete as far as original switches and instruments. The windshield needs replacing.The matching numbers engine is missing it's cylinder head and carburetor set. There is an assortment of pictured rare items that are included such as the airbox and air cleaner set up.Overall, a modestly priced project Lotus Europa Twin Cam that's worthy of a restoration. These cars are becoming increasingly rare in any condition.
