This Special Miata is a car with which we have been very familiar for the past 15 years. The previous adult owner is a close friend/customer of ours, and despite its extremely low mileage, we performed annual oil changes, along with safety inspections. We picked up and delivered the car to his suburban garage where it was pampered and properly stored. The cars mechanical and cosmetic condition reflect its minimal use-it is nearly brand new! The only reason its former owner forfeited it to us, was to trade it on a 4 seat Mercedes convertible in our showroom that he had to have---only room in his garage for one toy.
The exterior is positively free of any significant dents, scratches or blemishes of any kind. Because of its garage storage, and low mileage, it is ABSOLUTELY RUST FREE!! Please examine the photos closely- it really is beautiful!
The interior can be described as close to perfect. Only the drivers seat outboard bolster is showing the slightest evidence of wear, we have chosen not to apply dye in order to preserve its originality. It is a non-smoker car that shows original leather, dash, door-panels, carpets, and switch-gear in as new condition. Also, please note that the rare original door panels (no armrests) are intact and perfect. Additionally, we include the original M floor-mats! The original folding sun visors are in as new condition, and operate properly. The top and rear window are also in as new condition, having never seen the sun for at least the preceding 15 years.
To drive our Miata is a pleasant visit back to 1994. It runs, drives, and performs exactly as new. The steering, brakes and suspension all perform properly. The clutch engages perfectly, and the transmission shifts with the expected ease and precision of a near-new Miata. There is a bonus to the driving thrill in its period correct exhaust enhancement. The Remus exhaust delivers the perfect sweetly pitched note, without being loud or throaty. The engine sounds tight, revs perfectly, and even looks beautiful in its very clean and tidy bay. All of the interior switches and accessories work properly, including the ice cold air-conditioning. The front tires are measuring 8/32 tread and the rears are 7/32 tread. The factory original lightweight alloy wheels are all in as new condition, with only the very edge of the right front wheel showing evidence of slight curb contact.
We include photos of the Miata underside to evidence its rust free condition. Additionally, it does NOT leak oil!
This is a turn-key vehicle that is 100% road ready! It can be picked up from our dealership with the intention of driving it absolutely anywhere. We have included a Pennsylvania State safety and emission inspection, and of course we will guarantee it to pass any other state's safety and emission requirements. The Miata is currently on display in our climate-controlled showroom, and we encourage a visit during our business hours for you or your agent to examine it.
