This car is mechanically sound with 155k mi. The maintenance on this classic is outstanding. The previous owner spent over $15,000 in 2005 to completely rebuild the engine, uspension, adiator, low master exhaust, nbsp;paintand a new Mercedes interior gives the classic its fresh new look.
Looking under the hood and beneath the car it is immaculate. Power windows, ocks, ntenna, lock etc....everything works, ccept for the AC has it needs to be recharged. No LEAKS of any kind. This is a well taken care of classic and runs solid.
I have the original hard top in excellent shape and convertible top is like new. With the glossy black exterior and dark rich tan interior, t gives the car the best color combo offered by Mercedes for that time. Car has been kept in garage and covered. The $250 car cover is included. Also, omes with all books, ire jack and all tools.
Overall, would rate the car 7.9 out of 10. There are few minor scratches and a small blemish on the hood the size of a dime, ou have to really look for it. I have been driving the car on weekends to grocery store etc... and have taken it to Charleston on a few weekend trips.
This is a solid fun car to own if you are a Mercedes fan, s this was a true classic in the 70's and 80's. I always get compliments when out with the car. These cars will continue to appreciate over time.
