1964 Mercedes 190DI looked for a W110 Fintail for 2 years before I bought this one. Ibought itfrom the 3 owner, ut the 3rd owner had it for a month. I think they bought to resale. The 2nd Owner had for 20 years, nd installed the new rebuilt diesel motor. They keep in a carport and garage. I keep it in a garage. I am including pictures from the 2nd owner and thegarage they kept it in. He was aKoreanwar veteran and this was he hobby. Original paint was white.
I drive this every Sunday. Speedometer, uel,temp,electric, auges, ipers, adio, eat,defrost, eadlamps, urnsignals all work.The radio isold and does notsound good.The onlyproblem I have, s the clutch will not come back up some times. I bought a new masterand slave but have not installed, usually just kick petal up. Motor starts up and runs smooth. Original ownersmanual.Ihave the title in hand.The car was inspected by NC DMV toverifyit was correct. I have manyextraparts.I have another front bumper for a W110. Thebumper on it is from a W112. The body is in good shape, he rockers where replaced and you can see the seam. The paint is glossy, ut notperfect. The tires have good tread, ut have cracks. The motor is a late model 240D with the newer glow plug. my zip code is 27949.I have another Mercedes diesel, nd a BMW diesel, ut this car get all the thumb ups when you drive it.I am running out ofgarage space. I bought a 1966 Bronco.Thanks
