1992 Diesel Mercedes 300SD w/just under 175,000 miles.
Selling price $5,500 or best offer. Bought two years ago for $7,000.
This car has had numerous upgrades, eeping it in top condition. We have all receipts for the following:
1) Rebuilt starter
2) New battery
3) Replaced control arm
4) New brake pads and all new 4 front brakes
5) New locks
6) New windshield wipers
7) New alternator
8) New radio & a/c-heating
We have also kept all oil change receipts. Minor cosmetic dings on car, ut in excellent running condition.
Diesel engines can run forever (and ever!) This is a classic car, xtremely fun to drive, nd great for weekend trips. We are an honest couple in Brooklyn and hate to part with this car (which we lovingly call "Old Blue"). Looking for an equally loving new owner!
As stated above, ar does have some cosmetic dents and dings:

• A few small scratches on the bumper (we have since put on a bumper guard)
• A small dent on the front right panel
• A scratch on the left rearview mirror
• Scratches on the paint from outdoor wear and tear
• The front Mercedes emblem came off in a snow storm, ut we have the piece just waiting to be put back on)

In addition to the cosmetic dings, he following mechanical problems exist:

• The passenger side rear window requires support to roll up
• The locks are no longer keyless entry (but all function properly)
• The gas gauge does not properly read

We purchased the car from its third owner in Queens, Y two years ago at 7K. We are now listing for 5.5K (with numerous upgrades--see above), b>or best offer!
