Description for Mercedes-Benz 300-Series 1983
No Reserve!Runs great. Everything works except ac (heat, unroof, ower windows, adio, ower antenna, cassette, ocks all work). Has some cool items like original owners manual, irst aid kit, ool kit, tc. Full sized spare. Interior in great shape. It is my daily driver. I have a quote to replace ac (around $500), ut I've had the car over a year and never needed ac - I just used the sunroof. I started working from home so I won't be driving as much as I used to. Lots of maintenance and replacement parts this past year including:Front and rear flex disc
Transmission mount
All 4 shocks (Bilstein)
Both rear sway bar links
Both front upper control arms
Driver side lower ball joint
New glow plugs (Bosch) along with carbon cleaned.
Radiator flush
Transmission service (filter/fluid)
Air Filter
Oil Changes
Primary and Pre fuel filters
Power steering fluid (new filter, luid drained & replaced)
New hood latch
Alignment just this past week (9/1)
All parts are OEM or premium parts - no generic parts were put on the car. The car runs and drives great. I drive it daily and it has never left me stranded. Car has a little over 220,000 miles. It looks like there is a leaky boot in the rear. Also, he gasket for the engine leaks a little oil. I've only had to add a quart to it once over the past year. I am including the gasket which would need to be replaced anyway if you wanted to do a valve adjustment (although that is not needed right now - just part of regular maintenance). Some minor rust near wheel well and near jack mounts (see pictures). Any questions please ask. Mileage will go up slightly since I still drive it.
