1985 Mercedes 300 TD with the famous 5 cylinder diesel engine. The car runs as it should, hifts correctly and performs like a 30 year old diesel should. It does NOT smoke at all, tarts right up once the glow plug light goes out.The vaccum system works as it should and all the door locks function. The car has new brakes all the way around. The climate control does not work unless its on heat, ut the interior is nice. No rips in seats, o cracks in the dash either. The floors were redone before I got the car and are solid. There is some rust on the fenders but not too much around the jack points or on the frame. There is NO THIRD ROW. (always a question with these wagons) The SLS may function, t needs fluid so may have a leak or need repair. I drove the car daily for the last year and the rear bounces a bit, ut I didn't mind. The paint is okay. I think it was repainted at some point but I'm not sure. Car is solid to drive (I did for a year with 3 kids) and gets alot of attention. Ask any questions and bid honestly.
