?Feast your eyes on this ultra rare, 460 chasis, elandewagen 280GE. Imported in the late 1980s, hese G-wagons were over $100k and highly desirable by auto enthusiasts. Due to increasing demand, ercedes brought the 4-door versions starting in 2002. However, hese 2-door and more rugged models are still only available abroad, ith the exception of the few that have been brought over. They remain the rarest of all G-wagons produced. This particular 280GE has spent its life in New Mexico since 1990 and has an excellent body with zero rust, n immaculate frame and and is sporting the original and well kept plaid interior. Mechanically, he truck is superb and the suspension has been improved with Bilstein shocks on all four corners. Everything else remains original and stock. This G has full power steering and brakes, ut has the simplicity of manual windows and locks. All gauges and lighting work properly also.
