Very nice 1981 Mercedes Benz 380 SEL. Big four door sedan with Silver exterior and Blue Leather interior.

Lots of recent mechanical work and Pennslyvania State Safety inspection and Emissions Test. Ready to drive anywhere (we do !)

Exterior: No Rust. Freshly detailed. Very nice paint overall. No Dings, minor chip or two if any. Incredible chrome and stainless. Excellent moldings, ubber trim, tc. Hard to find a problem with this car - looks great especially up close.Razor straight lines - looks new. Wheels are clean, traight and look new.

Interior: Also looks new. Perfect dash, reat wood, Seats have no rips or tears.Passenegr seatslook new. Really needs nothing. Headliner, oor panels, arpet, tc. all in outstanding shape. Electric Seats, ear seats have electric recline and reading lamps. Sunroof is huge and works great. Originalspare / jack equipmentand medical kit.

Mechanical: My very serious and particular Mercedes mechanic loves this car and he is hard to please. Found no rust - Recently replaced the front brakes and rotors, hanged the oil, A State safety and emissions inspection- looked for trouble and found none ! Everything works. A/C and related controls workgreat, ecker radio and elec antenna perfect, ll windows work perfectly, Elec Seats are perfect. Engine starts quickly and is super smooth and quiet. Shifts perfectly and Transmission was rebuilt within the last 8,000 miles.

This car was to be one of my "keepers". Its just one of the nicest big Mercedes Sedans I have ever seen. Checks out mechanically all around and drives perfectly. Inspires confidence. Constant Mercedes service since new. Always garaged. Started life in the hands of a surgeon in the south and moved up to Pennslyvania a few years ago. No Winters / Non Smoker and carefully used and enjoyed. Thousands of miles this summer without issue.
