1991 Mercedes 300 SE. This is not a restoration or classic project. This was a daily driver with some 25 year old issues.
It's been a great car for me. Never driven to the extremes and garaged for most of its life. This car has seen a lot of freeway and frequently made trips from Florida to Ohio and back.
Oil changes kept up with Mobil 1 full synthetic and nothing but premium gas in the tank.
Anyone mecahnically inclined would be able to get this car back to really nice shape without a whole lot of money, ime or effort. I was lucky enough to find a 420sel that I am now using and no longer wish to put money, ime, r effort into the 300se. Time for someone else to enjoy it.
Starts, uns, rives, nd stops.
No accidents, ebuilds or major work do to anything other than standard use of the car.
Sony DSX-S100 head unit with updated speakers.
Interior is in decent shape. Back seat is great and passenger seat looks great too. Driver seat shows some wear but nothing awful.Paint is fading and clear coat is practically gone.A couple small typical rust spots for the car and age.Small dents/dings/scratches around the car, ut again, othing major.Maintenance records included.Exhaust and radiator were replaced by previous ownerRecent suspension work but will still need a few repairs for the true Mercedes feel. Needs an alignment.Rear bilsteinshocks could stand to be replaced but still work fine.AC/Heat work ok.Rear passenger window needs a new motor or regulator, ot sure, ut currently does not work.Sunroof works, ut needs track work to be fully functional. Something as simple as lubrication could be the fix.
