Beautiful Black (not original paint, riginal paint was cream/yellow tone and my husband did not like it so he painted it black) 1984 Mercedes Benz 380SL Convertible Hard Top Model R107. This car was made in 2/84 and was manufactured with the improved double chain.
My Mercedes mechanic says it is 'all original' though the paint is not. I would want a buyer to verify the all original statement as I am not a Mercedes Expert and do not know for sure. This is just what I was told.
The A/C works! Odometer works! Autocheck report is completely clean and verifies mileage. This car passed its last smog check in 2/15.
We just drove the car to downtown San Diego and back (60 miles) and it drove beautifully, an like a top, ven after sitting for a bit it fired right up and drove smooth and the engine purred.
This car has tan leather seats in good condition other than one small slice on the passenger side which will take just a small repair. The car has recently had its carpets shampooed and they are in good shape for its age. Please request photos to make your own determination.
The car itself is clean, lways garaged, lways driven easy miles and never seen water except on occasion as it is a California car. It has been pretty much babied. We bought it in 2008 and have barely driven it, aybe only having put a few k miles on it since then.
We are selling this car as we are moving to a non garaged property with a lot of dust/dirt and do not want the car to be sitting in that environment and do not want to store it.

Transport is 100% Buyer Responsibility but I am happy to drive car to meet pick up person due to our driveway being a bit narrow. (if it is hauled out instead of driven)
