1972 Mercedes Benz 350 SL. 85,004 miles
  • Appears to be all original engine and transmission.
  • Was stored in a family friend's barn in Virginia since 1985
  • Underside of car looks even better than the outside
  • Located just south of Richmond, VA
  • Automatic transmission, V8
  • Has AC
  • Needs restoration. Project car, not currently road ready, but does start and move.
  • I bought the car in Aug. 2016
  • I replaced: all four brake hoses, brake master cylinder, starter, fuel pump, battery, distributor cap, spark plugs, wires
  • Some rust, appears to be surface rust. Rocker panels look good, trunk floor pan looks good.
  • Has removable hard top. I haven't tried to remove the top to know what condition it is in.
  • I have driven it around a parking lot, but that's it.
