Description for Mercedes-Benz 190-Series 1960
I bought the car several years ago with the intend to restore it. Due to health reasons I decided to sell it.The car was running when I stored it in my friends garage but it needs to be towed when picked up.
The following key parts toget it back in driving condition are coming with the car:
1) New electronic distributor (the original one is working but I wanted to convert it)2) New ignition coil3) New ignition cable and spark plugs4) New motor mounts5) New master brake cylinder6) New wheel brake cylinders for all 4 wheels7) New brake hoses for all 4 wheels8) New set of ball joints 9) New rebuilt carburetor kit10) New cylinder cover gasket11) New header gasket12) New shifter link13) Rear light (used)14) Fuel pump (used)15) Door gaskets (came with the car)16) Light switch (used)17) Original Mercedes repairmanual
A skilled mechanic should be able to install the parts to get it back into driving conditions.
It has some rust in the trunkand in the lower door frame (see picture) but overall the body is in good conditions.
The hood needs to be welded to put it back on. One of the nuts attached to the hood ripped off.
The car comes with the title from the previous owner and a bill of sale. In GA no title is required for a classic car.
Car is for local pick up only!
