The last of the great Mercedes! Selling 1981 Mercedes 300D in excellent condition, four door, power windows, heated seats, premium Alpine audio system, new battery, original first aid kit still in box. Third owner, always garaged parked. First owner was Mercedes enthusiast who drove this car gently and kept it in a garage. The second owner added this car to his collection and eventually ran out of room in his warehouse and decided to sell the car. I have kept the car in my garage and only drive it a few miles on the weekend.
The Mercedes starts right up and seems to run fine, this is a 36 year old diesel engine. I have some records from second owner, owner's manual, the only thing I have done to the car is add a new battery. Please see pictures, serious buyers may request further pics, and I will gladly take the car to Mercedes dealer of your choice locally and have it checked out if you set up the service and pay for it.The interior is in great condition, seats have no tears or worn spots, dash is excellent, console is very clean with no wear marks. Exterior is straight and has paint in great condition, there are a few swirl marks on trunk and one small ding on passenger side back door. The AC/heat fan button does not turn on, I'm not sure if this is a blown fuse or something else.
