For auction is this nicely restored, near mint condition AMG style 1991 Mercedes Benz 190e 2.6
Have been restoring this car for quite some time now, but sadly the family recently decided to move overseas which means the car will need a new home and someone who can give it the same TLC.
The car runs extremely well and is garage kept. I occasionally drive it on weekends to keep the engine in running condition (and to occasionally show it off 😊).
Its 6 cylinder engine is in very good condition even at 215K.The cylinder head was replaced about 5 years ago (at about 195K) so the engine has practically only about 20K miles on it - which is why I decided to hold on to the car and take on the project.
Transmission shifts cleanly with no known issues.Within the past year, i've replaced the strut mounts and bushings, front sway bar links, front control arms and ball joints, and the inner and outer tie rods.
It comes equipped withBilstein sport suspensions and Eibach lowering springs and a set of mint 17" AMG Monoblock wheels and a Cosworth AMG style rear spoiler to complete the AMG look.
The interior is super clean (a nonsmoking home) and the seats and carpet are original equipment - in very good condition with minor scratches.
It has an aftermarket Alpine 6-disc CD changer stereo system with a powerful Infinity Basslink 200-watt sub woofer that's suspended inside the trunk (underneath the first aid compartment.)
As since it's almost a 28 year old car, I'm selling it As Is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied.
