The exterior paint and body show very well. The doors. hood. and trunk are correctly aligned. These are well-built cars. The wheel well molding/lip is dented. shown above on this fender. The auxiliary hardtop fastens snugly into position and the paint is excellent. The original headliner is also in great shape. The blue convertible soft top was practically never used and shows very well. easily retracted into its base. Open to doors to luxury and the late 1980s. This interior features the factory blue leather upholstery front to rear. The leather is intact throughout. showing some color wear from use. This has been a garage kept example. The blue carpeting is in good condition throughout. The dash retains the factory instrumentation and original Becker cassette stereo. The dash pad is in very good condition and the original burlwood shows well throughout. with some clearcoat hairline cracking. The coloration is beautiful. The carpeted Mercedes-Benz mats show well. driver and passenger. The door panels are original and in great shape. We have the original books/manuals. Under the hood is the powerful all-aluminum alloy 5. 6 liter V8 engine factory rated at 227 horsepower & 279 ft-lbs of torque.
