This is an original 1974 Mercedes Benz 450 SL roadster. The car is a 100% rust free California car since new. This car has been sitting for the past several years. The engine turns freely however due to lack of time and resources we haven't had the opportunity to do a proper start up procedure. It is most likely fuel delivery related. We do not know any other information regarding the mechanical condition of the vehicle.
Cosmetically the car could not be more authentic.
The paint finish appears to be all original . There are misc imperfections (chips, nicks, dings, scratches, clear coat peeling, hazing, discoloration, etc.) the most noticeable being on the passenger door/right rear quarter. Overall the car is very crisp, completely honest and original!
The interior is complete still bearing it's original leather seats, there is normal wear with a lovely patina (see pics).
-The canvas soft top is A+ without any rips, the rear plastic windows are a bit foggy so you would only need to replace those.
-The removable hard top is in remarkable condition inside and out
-All four white wall tires by Michelin are older with decent tread, replacement is recommended
-The undercarriage, trunk, floor pans and jack points are superb and completely dry/solid.
