Here is a beautiful 1978 Mercedes 300d Diesel up for sale. This car is overall in excellent condition. Excellent paint and body, perfect chrome, no rust, excellent glass, Super clean original interior, perfect dash, new tires, manuals, spare etc.....drives very well and in excellent shape. Exterior wise, the paint is in excellent condition all around. Overall paint and body look excellent all around. Has a few minor flaws but overall looks very good. Would say it was repainted at one point but done with a factory quality paint job. All the chrome looks excellent as well as plastic trim and stainless chrome exterior moldings. The car to me looks very very nice and especially at the ago of this car I would say hard to find in this condition.

The interior is in excellent shape as is the exterior. Driver seat outside bolster has a small split from getting in and out but overall the seats both look excellent and foam is firm and comfortable. Dash is perfect with no cracks or issues. Center console and interior trim all looks very good. Steering wheel looks excellent as well as gauge cluster and plastic buttons and switches around the interior. Carpeting looks brand new! Door panels look excellent all around. Power windows all work and factory stereo sounds good! Power antenna goes up and down no issues. Climate control works well but AC does not blow cold as the belt is no on the AC pump, and the pump does spin so it may very well work but I have not tested it. Headliner looks excellent. Car has never been smoked in . Comes with owners manuals and service records book listing all service through many years of ownership. Comes with four factory keys!

Mechanically the car starts right up and runs good. I have a small notebook that logs all service done on this car from 1984 through the 90s. The car was definitely well taken care of all around. Transmission shifts well. Tires are brand new and brakes all look good. Steers good and drives well on the freeway. Not a spot of rust on the vehicle!
