Description for Mercedes-Benz Other 1965

Mechanically very good. No smoke on startup, instant start, cold start works. Head gasket has been replaced and valve job completed by prior owner. New wires, new points and distributor cap. Air water and fuel hoses have been replaced as needed. Brake booster and calipers are recent new. Brake master cylinder has been replaced. New Bilstein shocks. New Time Valve stainless steel exhaust system, steering mechanical coupler replaced. Rebuilt cold start valve. New tires. Shifter is excellent and smooth. Clutch is very good. Throw out bearing a little noisy. Flex disk good. Mounts are original. Fuel was drained, gas tank and float inspected and are excellent. Fuel pump pressure is excellent at 1.1 bar at checked at cold start valve. Oil pressure excellent at 30 psi at idle when hot, 45 psi when driving.
Interior seats were re-done in mb tex not leather, piping is not correct on seats. carpet looks to be original. wood is original, dashboard original, blower works, heater works, instrumentation work except clock. Interior wood is good original but will need refinishing. All lights work. Windows work.
