WHAT IT HAS:

• 5-speed manual stick shift w/stage-2 clutch,
• stock engine B18A1 but with aluminum flywheel -result: fast off the line but with limited highway speed,
• Motor works, starts, runs,
  
• tranny shifts - all gears work,
• a few years BEFORE air bags,
• Power tinted windows, tinted rear window,
• power exterior mirrors,
• tilt steering,
• A/C ice cold,
• Non-smoker,
• automatic shoulder belts,
• cloth bucket seats,
• cruise control - works,
• custom wheels from a 1985 Integra,
• new radiator,
• new cooling fans,
• new thermostat,
• new cooling pipe seals,
• new alternator,
• new battery,
• new battery cables,
• rebuilt fuel pump relay,
• rebuilt ICU,
• sunroof removed due to leaking and rust/corrosion, replaced with galvanized sheet metal covering the hole,
• stock brakes & stock suspension in good condition,
• all lights work,
• wipers work,
• rear-window defroster works,
• key-in warning beep when doors open - works,
• headlights left on when engine off warning beep - works,
• 3-yr old stock exhaust - muffler in great shape,
• tires in great shape,
• Starter rewired to sunroof button for push-button convenience.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT:

• water pump leaks & needs replacing - attempting to drive this without a working water pump will cause the motor to overheat and freeze up,
• roof leaks & needs replacing due to extreme rusting & corrosion,
• missing headliner,
• sunroof removed along with sunroof tray,
• torn axle boots (probably better off replacing both axles),
• Stereo & speakers removed,
• carpet destroyed - needs replacing - partially removed,
• seat rails rusted - needs replacing,
• cigarette lighter outlet doesn't work,
• fuse panel under dash is jury-rigged to make everything else work, but it should be replaced.

She was a good car while she lasted. I'm just tired of constantly tinkering with it.Selling as parts car or for a project rebuild.Clear Title in hand.

I prefer Paypal for all my transactions. I require a $100 deposit payment as proof of sincerity in making the sale. I will NOT consider any other payment arrangements. The $100 deposit will be figured into the total sale of the vehicle.
FOR OUT-OF-STATE PURCHASERS: After you have signed and sent back the Bill of Sale, I will then require the remainder of the sale purchase agreed upon.
FOR IN-STATE PURCHASERS: I require you be here in person to complete the Title Transfer.
