1956 Mercedes Adenauer 300 C Cabriolet "D": All numbers match; 1 of 51 ever produced; stored in a barn in Oregon for 40 years; original body in solid condition; engine runs evenly on all cylinders. This ultra-rare Mercedes was sold new in Saudi Arabia, probably to someone in the Royal family. It has not been driven in over 40 years. We cleaned the carburetors and serviced the engine,it starts andruns evenly on all cylinders; all other mechanical systems need to be checked prior to driving. The Mercedes data card is attached, verifying the engine and transmission numbers match. A true rare piece of Mercedes history, superb for top-end restoration.
