You are looking at a well kept, great looking sporty luxury convertible.The vehicle has been made and assembled entirely in Germany, and consists only of Germany made parts! This convertible has a good sport car feeling to it. Because it's a convertible 5.6LV8 engine, it has nice performance to it. Gray exterior color gives the car a certain kind of unique classy appeal. It's a very rare uniqueconvertible.

Starting in 1985, the Bosch KE Jetronic was fitted. The KE Jetronic system varied from the earlier, all mechanical system by the introduction of a more modern engine management "computer", which controlled idle speed, fuel rate, and air/fuel mixture.

The engine is very strong and provides the power you have come to expect from a Mercedes and runs extra smooth. The transmission has the Mercedes mark on it as well andshifts like on a new car, no skips or slips on shifts.The suspension feels very nimble and comfortable at the same time.

As you can judge for yourself from the pictures - the interior is clean while the seats show little wear!

All the electrical options appear to be in working order. The engine compartment is clean, and free of any leaks.
This Mercedes is equipped with a climate control system. The power locks, windows all work and are in excellent condition. All the power controls and buttons work a 100%, the only thing not working anymore is the clock!
Additional the car got the European front and back bumpers and Head Lights which work great and gives the SL560 a unique look.

The third Break light on the back trunk lid have been removed the holes got closed and the lid got repainted in the original color, there is no visible difference.

The SL560 got original late 80's AMG Pentas with almost new Uniroyal Tiger Paw Tires, to clean the huge SL560 breaks H&R Spacer disks have been assemble, there is no grinding or rubbing...the car runs and steers better than the original, especially the car got lowered front and back with original H&R Springs!
The car has been well kept in the garage, all fluids and belts have been replaced.

The SL560 comes equipped with the original Blaupunkt Radio and an added speaker connection cable which sits in the glove box, therefor it is easy to listen to your I-Pod over the car Stereo systems.
I would love to keep the car in my garage, but since we are moving I'm pressured to sell it.

This is a very nice looking vehicle and is in good condition.
