This car was delivered new to Mercedes-Benz Hollywood Inc CA 6353 Sunset Blvd on 03/30/1987 then stayed its entire life in Seattle WA, serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue (formerly Barrier Motors) starting 10/88 (3679 mi.) to 12/95 (61703 mi.)

We acquired it on 05/03/92 from Barrier Motors as Certified Preowned vehicle and had it serviced at GP Automotive in Everett WA starting 1995.

PLEASE NOTE: We drove this car every day until July 7th 2022, when the car refused to start (engine cranks but does not start). We had it towed to the mechanic who had been working on this car for the past 23 years and it was diagnosed that the car needs a new ignition coil and ignition module in order to run. Please refer to last invoice document in receipts section to see the recommended repairs.

Therefore, pickup must be arranged by loading the vehicle on a trailer with a winch that can handle 3750 lbs (the car cannot be loaded on the platform by just driving it. And forget about pushing it yourself)

Additionally:

• The front seats and armrest need to be re-uplhostered (the back seat is ok but showing some light wear)
• AC not working
• Cruise control not working
• Hard top back pin is stuck in the safety lock, we have been unable to take the top off this year.
• Soft top has a 4" tear, the plastic windows are slightly opaque from the last time we saw them
• Some rust spots are present only in one area: the passenger door sill and at the bottom corner of the rear wheel arch. These spots are very circumscribed
• 2 minor cracks in dashboard: one on the left side on the passenger windshied vent, the other one on the right side of the curvature of the instrument cluster (see pics)
• Left rear side bumper slightly bent inwards, hit our garage door jamb. (see pics)
• RPM gauge sticks to 0 intermittently (can work for months, then down for weeks)
• Moderate engine oil leak on the left front side

Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send payment by bank wire transfer or bank certified funds via escrow. Furthermore, before vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
