My original plan was to keep this as garage queen. restore it with a little flare. Paint it a tasteful metallic blue and have a creme roof. After this Drop it on a Air bag system and keep my other w108 all original. Call me direct 610-505-3863When I Acquired the w108 I pulled the car out of Mercedes Connoisseur's a garage. I raised the car on blocks so there's air flow under the car to help preserve the car from moisture and then I erected a car port over it to keep it out of the weather and kept the car port flap cracked open so it the cart port can breath. After this I tinkered with it and then I found another w108 so this one was put on the back burner. A piece of the drive shaft is removed so you can tow it on the rear wheels. I personally used a car dolly to take it home. I do need the room but I'm not desperate to sell this car. So I will not accept any ridiculous offers. It would be very hard to find another 95% rot free specimen like this. Florida Title in hand with a issue date of 1976. From my understanding this was a one owner car and they bought the car after the lease. In 1981 or so the car was parked.
