1966 Mercury S-55 Convertible RARE w/ Super Marauder 428 V-8 Engine

Only 669 of these RAREconvertibles were produced for 1966. This car was originally a southern California vehicle. Since being shippedto New York in 1980when I obtained it, as been kept inside a heated garage for all that time, ust free. Has only been inspected/registered/insured and driven low mileage in last few years, aken to local shows and around town. Has been very reliable, verything works very well. Always gets a lot of attention at shows because you just don't see them. Odometer reads 43k. Only 5 digits. Could be higher mileage of course.

Partial restoration - newly rebuilt 428 Super Marauder engine, ew carpeting, ld paint layers stripped down to metal and repainted ice blue, ew convertible top professionally installed. New tires, rakes, ater pump, oses. About 95% original - radiator is not original. White leather seats are in solid condition but finish is worn. Was planning to complete interior restoration this year but have found another project car to shift my attention to.
