Description for Mercury Marauder 1964

Selling my marauder that I drive every day. NOT SELLING BY CHOICE. Just had twins and the car can't stay.This stared off as a perfect California a car that was purchased new in Northern California. I bought the car 6 years ago.I have done many safety modifications to the car. It has electronic ignition, isc front brakes and a new power booster and dual master. Parts came out of a 67 marauder. The front calipers are big 4 piston with big rotors.The exhaust is all new using 406 cast iron headers (I paid a lot of money for these) and all 2.5" tubing with flow master mufflers.Engine runs cool even in the 105 degree heat with the A/C on. Yes the factory A/C blows coolI have replaced the transmission with a C6 out of the same 67 marauder.It will run 100 mph down the freeway if needed.This is a factory two tone car. Which is white with a blue top and two tone blue interior. This was the fully loaded version of the marauder. The paint is original with the original blue roof.The interior seats have been redone to match the original rear seats. I also had the headliner redone. The dash is original and has some cracks, doesn't look that bad) the steering wheel is original with working factory horn.I lowered the car about 3" in the front and back. This can be undone very quick. I have the original set of front coil springs.Everything works on the car and it looks very good. Nothing broken or not functioning. I can drive this thing cross country with no problems.The body is perfect and super strait. NO RUST. Yes very solid California car with NO RUST.The front windshield does have a crack in the center of it, never replaced it (never bothered me)Please call with serious questions 8185288513 JohnThis is not a cheap car, o don't think I'll sell it for 2500
This is a perfect running car, ires up first tap, very time. Super reliable.
