It has a flat head V8 239 that runs like a clock and the 3 speed manual trans. shifts very smooth with no slipping or hang ups. This car is the best 1940 i have seem for a long time it has been repainted to the original color and done very good. There is no rust on the car or in the floor boards the trunk is also very solid. The wide white wall tires and wheels are new and there are no tares to the seats inside there is a small water stain in the head liner from long ago but the head liner is original.
