Description for Mercury Comet 1967

You are bidding on a 67 comet (caliente) fresh 289 with less than 8K miles on it. Factory air car with power steering. drives like a champ. Car has crager ss wheels with brand new tires. I also have the factory G.T. 500 rims with the vintage Bias/ply 500 series white wall tires. Car needs paint and a new dash pad. Seats are good, headliner is good, dome light works, brakes are new and will stand you on your head. has a small hole under the gas pedal and a small rust area in the trunk. (minor)! No rust around the back glass, front glass, quarters, or fenders. Car is very solid for it's age. All windows roll up as they should. Car also has new carpet. Door panels are driver quality. Car has flow-master 40 series mufflers with headers and shorties. Car sounds like a stoker motor is in it. Was my daily driver until i recently purchased a 72 Chevelle SS. I hate to see her go but the wife said I can't have them both. -- ask any questions you like and I will respond as fast as possible. This is a NO RESERVE auction and I reserve the right to end the auction without warning, as it is being advertised locally as well. --- I ACCEPT CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS, PERSONAL CHECKS ONCE THEY CLEAR MY BANK, AND CASH. I WILL ALSO HELP ASSIST LOADING THE CAR ON YOUR TRAILER OR YOUR SHIPPERS TRAILER. -- Only one set of rims come with the purchase but, you get to choose which ones you want. GOOD LUCK BIDDING! --- NOTICE--- I DID NOT WASH THIS CAR OR DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THE CAR LOOK GOOD. NOR DID I VACUUM IT OUT. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN PERSON. BUT YES, IT WILL LOOK BETTER ONCE YOU DO IT. CAR RUNS OUT GOOD AND DRIVES LIKE IT SHOULD.
