The MG A is one of the most iconic British sports cars of all time. Having a production run of over 101,000 cars made over the course of seven years between 1955 up until 1962, fun fact is that only a little over 5800 cars actually stayed in the home market. It's easy to see now why here in America we have made them the icon that they have become. This particular example of the MG A is in great shape for its age with some minor imperfections in the paint, ncluding some checking in the paint and a paint chip in the rear of the car. The exterior trim chrome work is in great condition. The seats in the car have been redone in leather; they are in great shape, s is the rest of the interior for its age. Mechanically the car has had over $2500 in repair work done to it while in our shop, ncluding but not limited to: carburetor gaskets were replaced, il change and filter service were done, lutch slave cylinder was replaced, mong other work. With that being said, he car still has an issue with popping out of second and third gear. The original MG A engine was swapped out for a newer MG B engine. The wheels and tires on the car are in good shape with only minor imperfections on the wheels themselves to note. Overall, his is a great driver quality MG A that is looking for a new owner to take it out and drive the car like MG had always envisioned. It's the perfect car to be driven while it is being restored.
