The Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum is the fitting location for many of our photos of this English classic. This is a true driver's car and an absolute joy to motor around in. The engine is responsive. The gearbox shifts as it should and the overdrive makes it highway ready, nd the brakes work properly.

The MG was originally purchased on Christmas Eve, n 1964 by an American fighter pilot flying F-100s in England, nd came to Texas in 1967. We have the original bill of sale in British lb. sterling and all documentation since 1965. The current owner purchased the car from it's original owner.

The exterior displays a good solid repaint of the desirable ice blue metallic finish. The paint and body show well in this driver-quality repaint. This MGB also retains its correct knock-off wire wheels with a matching spare.

Open the doors to 1965.

The interior is largely un-touched. The seat upholstery has a nice wear and feel to it. The leather is supple with great coloration.

You can see much of the original dash paint is intact. The gauges are functional, owever the old cassette deck is not.

The dash is clean and detailed, ousing the original gauges. This car steers and drives very well, t is a pleasure to cruise in. Be sure to play our video of this early MK1 MGB in action.

Under the bonnet is the factory 4-cylinder dual carbureted engine. This well maintained power plant runs smooth and is paired with the 4-speed manual transmission, ith overdrive. Further inspection of the engine compartment confirms correct induction & exhaust along with original sheet metal throughout the firewall, nner fenders and core support.

The undercarriage further reiterates the dry climate condition of this body & chassis. The flooring and framework show well as does the suspension. The '65 MGB was outfitted with front disc brakes, eally ahead of its time. Few cars received disc brakes in the mid 1960s.

These cars were true sports cars and practical as well. The early MGBs such as this MK1 are desirable to collectors and enthusiasts alike, oth in America and abroad. These British open-air cars enjoyed broad American appeal throughout the late 1940s through the 1970s.

We have a full tonneau cover & top boot. We also havethe original MGB driver's handbook.

The vinyl soft top fastens correctly in position and is in very good condition as is the frame work.

The trunk is clean and solid. It appears the fuel tank has been replaced. The trunk pan is solid. We do have a spare wire wheel & tire along with some assorted original parts.
