Description for MG MGA 1959
Absolute stunner of a vehicle. I bought the car from the same collection I purchased a 1954 XK 120 Jaguar from out of Marshall VA. Car is painted that beautiful MG Alpine White which is also the original color of the car. The lines on this MGA are amazing, doors fit nice and snug. The interior is impeccable as well. Beautiful black interior with the really cool MG shifter. These cars are true sleepers; they are just as beautiful, and as expensive to restore as their Austin Healey counterparts and are yet a quarter of the price. It's only a matter of time before these cars truly appreciate. In mu personal opinion these are the cars to buy to put away. I felt comfortable enough with the way this MGA performed to drive her back from Marshall VA to DC. She cruised along comfortably at 55mph for 45 minutes and hasn't given me an ounce of trouble since. Of course I regularly tune her as should any good MG owner. Anyway I simply can't use her anymore I have blossoming family to think about and unfortunately have to let her go. I want her to go to someone who will appreciate her, ideally an MG enthusiast. On Dec-26-17 at 14:27:05 PST, seller added the following information:Made a mistake in the title including 1600 this is a 1500, not a 1600 swap although that would be cool.
