Description for Nissan 300ZX 1987

You are bidding on a used 1987 Nissan 300ZX non-turbo with T-top roof. I am selling this for a friend. He originally wanted to do the Skyline motor swap, but has changed his mind due to the amount of work involved.
The car has 139,600 miles. The oil and fluids were recently changed. The front brakes, tie rods and lower ball joints were just done as well. This Z is still in need of work. Whether you are looking to restore it to OEM standards or pursue the motor swap.
There is some rust on the fenders, quarter panels and pillars (as seen in the pics). It has an exhaust leak at the manifold. I drove it from Queens to Long Island topping out at 70 mph. I couldn't manage more (possibly because of the exhaust leak). There is a small leak in the water pump seal. The idler pulley is seized and needs to be replaced. It does not overheat though. The fuel gauge stuck on me once. Thinking the tank was empty, I put $13 of gas in which filled the tank. The gauge has been reading properly since. The driver-side mirror housing is broken. It needs a passenger-side fender (I don't think that the dent can be pulled). The wheels have plasti-dip on them. He started to peel it off, but it was not completed. The headlights do not pop up. You can hear the motors, but there is no action. The upper portion of the windshield trim is popping out. The hood props need to be replaced. The hatch props work fine. The glove box is hanging. The passenger-side door panel speaker cover is broken off. He has some type of cloth shift boot and the Nismo shift knob does not seem to fit. I put it to the side and drove without it. I think the interior was originally gray. The seats, rear speaker grills and door panel patches have sun fade and appear to be a shade of purple in some areas.
He installed an aftermarket single-din radio and 4 speakers. All I could hear is static. I don't know if it's a poor wiring job or due to the broken antenna.
This is for local pickup only.
Included with the car will be a total of 3 keys. 1 original and 2 copies.
This car is being sold as-is with no warranties of any kind implied.
You are more than welcome to come look at it before bidding to see if it is something that you want. I listed everything that I could think of regarding problems and quirks that I came across. If I forgot anything (I don't think I did), it was an honest mistake and not an act of deceit. Thank you for looking.
I would also like to say thank you to everyone for even considering to spend your hard-earned money on my items. It really helps and I appreciate it greatly.
