Description for Nissan Other 1992
You are looking at a very cool, and MINT, Japanese-market sedan that was never sold here in the States. It has the legendary VG30Ev6 that was also found in Nissan/Infiniti vehicles such as the 300ZX, M30, Maxima, and Pathfinder. Think of it as a 4-door M30. This car is ridiculously clean, as you might expect with just 17k miles, and drives so nice. The interior is like new and the dark green metallic paint is beautiful. VIN is PY32-618026 |
It drives like a luxury car. This was intended for Japan executives to be shuttled around. The back seat is spacious and even includes cool features such as front passenger seat controls in reach of the driver and rear passenger, because the executive in the back is priority. |
This is a right-hand drive, Japanese-spec sedan that's titled in New Jersey after I imported it in early summer this year. It's equipped with a metric instrument cluster and the odometer displays about 27,800 kilometers, which represents approximately 17,300 miles. |
Factory equipment includes 15-inch wheels, cloth upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and a cassette player. Keep in mind, this is the factory JDM stereo, so it does not receive radio stations here in the States. I thought of replacing it but decided to leave that choice to the next owner. A previous owner added stainless rain guards. I think these are way nicer than the cheap plastic ones that seem to be on all JDM imports, so I left them on. |
After importing, I performed a full service, included t-belt, tensioner, spark plugs, and water pump. |
It does need new tires. I originally planned on putting new ones on, but then it occurred to me it could be a waste if the new owner wanted winter tires, summer tires, new wheels, or what have you. The one nit I can pick is a clicking upper blend door that happens whenever the climate control starts or you change a setting on it. Clicks like 3-5 times and stops. You can hear this in the videos I have posted on youtube (https://youtu.be/vxX7IPZkU8E and https://youtu.be/sZQqd5lt-tE). A minor annoyance, and a very common Nissan issue. Heat and AC work very well. |
