I bought this car at an estate sale. The owner passed away in 2002 just before he finished the car. It sat in cold dry storage. then I bought it in july 2015. This car has been authenticated by a 442 club member. It has the right frame and all trim is correct along with lancing trim tag. The paint, uspension, ody mounts, motor,trans, nd interior were restored. It comes with a new convertible top in boxes. everything needed is new and in boxes. The top motor works perfect, long with the top frame. All the windows line up and the frame doesn't sag. Lights, orn, ipers, adio, - brake, indow regulators, oor latches and locks work as they should. Door locks and trunk lock work. Drive train is tight as new and the clutch pedal feels perfect. Runs smooth at idle then it's a torque monster. Motor has a cam and intake, tock exhaust manifolds, ith heat riser and stock mufflers, ll which is new. There are a couple miner patches in the trunk and drivers floor. Car goes straight and stops straight at any speed. All new front end components. WHEN I SAY NEW, MEAN NEW BACK IN 2002. Hard to find 442 convertible 4-speed car. NO RESERVE Good luck. NO sale out of the 48 states. $500.00 deposit at end of sale and COD or bank to bank transfer. Buyer responsible for shipping arrangements. the motor is a 1970 olds 455 and the trans is a Super T-10. Rear axle was born with the car. the motor and trans were not.
