Engine was thoroughly cleaned. heads reconditioned and a new Edelbrock Performer Plus cam installed. At this time suspension was rebuilt as well. There is over $11. 00 in receipts alone over the last 12 years. This car was owned by the owner of a restoration shop who purchased this car as a beautiful and solid survivor with one repaint. Current owner since 2011 has driven less than 100 miles. It has been very pampered throughout its life and doesn't appear to have ever been in any accidents or have any structural damage anywhere. This is a great and very solid survivor which runs and drives outstanding which can be driven with confidence and proven reliable as is for years to come or is a perfect candidate to take to the next level. The body is rock solid. There are a few minor dings on the body here and there and the paint job does have some brush touches throughout; however. the car shows very well as shown in the pictures. I would consider the paint to be good driver quality that shows well but is a shade brighter than the original - note that inside of doors. jambs and engine compartment were not repainted and still show the original color. All lines. gaps. seams. and seals are excellent with minor misalignment of the hood. The metal throughout is in excellent condition - there is a little metal lose of the lip that forms the trunk seal however is does not show since the weather stripping covers this area. Frame and undercarriage are rock solid. There have been 2 patches professionally installed in floor pan on passenger side as you can see in the undercarriage photos. Clean engine bay. Beautiful interior including the seats. dash. door panels. . etc. There are no rips. tears. or burns. All lights. blinkers. gauges. horn. wipers. radio. heat. etc. work as they should except for clock. Due to unavailability. the original A/C blower switch was replaced by a toggle switch under the dash. Aftermarket AM/FM/CD player and kick panel speakers have been installed but the original factory AM radio with speaker is included The chrome and glass are in very good condition. Bumpers are original chrome and in nice condition. This car drives and handles excellent. Mechanically extremely sound - Drive anywhere! This car needs nothing but a new owner.
