Take a look at this RUSTFREE 1979 Cutlass Supreme! This car has been in Southern California and Nevada since new! Perfect candidate to restore, ustomize or use for the drag strip! NO RESERVE AUCTION!
This one shows 74,000 miles and I believe it could be accurate because of the overall condition.This one is equipped with some nice options like tilt steering wheel, ower windows, /C and rally wheels! All the lights,windshield wipers and even cigar lighter works! The red cloth interior is in very nice shape for its age! The dash,seats,door panels and carpet are all very nice and clean. The headliner was removed at some point.The Dark Carmine Red paint looks good for being 36 years old.It does have typical dings and scratches.All the chrome and trim look good. The floors,frame and bottoms of the doors,rocker panels,fenders and quarter panels are all RUSTFREE! The glass is clean and damage free except for the windshield,which is cracked above rearview mirror.
When I purchased the Cutlass,it was parked in a garage and the 260 V8 was partially disassembled.It was due to a overheating issue,so the heads were professionally done and new head gasket installed.It also has a brand new radiator,water pump,battery,spark plugs and belts installed.We have now determined that it has a lower end noise.It starts,runs and drives but needs further repair.I have a large box of extra parts and the original documentation will be included.
