Description for Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight 1994
1994 Oldsmobile Regency 981 Owner!Every Receipt Since New!Original Window Sticker!52 Photos!
You are viewing a 1994 Oldsmobile Regency 98. The car is as original as they come with $1,000's in receipts and maintenance. This vehicle was purchased new(documentation included) for over $26k back in 1994. We offer this vehicle today to the ebay audience because its somewhat a dying breed of vehicles often taken for granted. Not only is Oldsmobile one of the oldest manufactures of automobiles and yet is extinct. Not that they're demanding more money because of that, but its an era where finallypower wasn't sacrificed by efficiency. These first generation 3800 motors were powerful yet efficient getting 27 mpg's on the highway. This car was garaged its whole life and when you view the pictures you will see its a car that was well taken care of and well maintained. Please read on about this awesome find and let us know of any questions. Thank you for viewing.
Exterior:
What you see is what you get. The vehicle's exterior presents excellent. There is plenty of luster and depth to the paint. All the lights and marker lights work properly. There are fairly new Michelin thin white walls that wrap the original Olds aluminum wheels. There is a ding on the driver's door and the hood. Other then that, the car is straight and free of rust or repair. All the bright work still shines well and the glass is free of damage, chips or haze. Please look at the photos below and let us know of any questions you may have.
Interior:
The interior is flawless for the exception of the driver's door arm rest. It does show cracking(see photos). Everything works on the inside including, all windows, a/c, power antenna, radio and power options. The passenger power lock doesn't unlock on its own, but functions properly. There are two dials missing off the passenger door control. 1 power window switch(still works) and the passenger temp control on door missing knob.(see photos). Otherwise the leather is near mint and the headliner too. Even found an old cell phone under the seat....period correct!! You will notice window tint that the owner tried to remove but was unsuccessful. All window tint will be removed before purchase. Please look at all the photos and let us know of any questions you may have.
Drive-train:
The 3800 first generation V6 has proven itself to be very power, efficient and reliable. Even when you do not maintain them, they are work horses. However, for this drivetrain this is not the case. I have all maintenance records and receipts since new. Just recently there has been over $1100 spent in struts, computer, tune up etc. There was never any question when it came to up keep. The car runs and drives excellent for its age and has a cloud like ride. Very enjoyable. You could drive this car anywhere. Feel confident to fly in and drive home anywhere!! All tires, brakes, suspension and fluids are all road ready. Fluids just changed!!
In Summation:
This Oldsmobile is a great example of beautiful luxury liner of that era, and the beauty of it is, these vehicles back then and even today were adult owned and operated. This car was driven around 5000 miles a year since new. Was never abused and the original owner is 79 years of age making her 57 when she purchased it. Carfax and Autocheck are perfect. Please feel free to contact us anytime with questions! Thank you and good luck.
