This auction is for the 1984 Oldsmobile as described above. As mentioned above the car was never driven in the winter when salt and abrasives were being applied to the roads. The car was garage kept for it's entire life. A copy of the invoice for maintenance work on the vehicle will be furnished to the winning bidder when transaction is completed and totals over 800.00 and will show exactly what was performed on the car so you do not have to duplicate the work on the car. This is a one owner car that was owned by a couple that are now deceased. Delivery shall be local pick-up in Somerset, Pennsylvania unless otherwise agreed to by the seller. All costs of delivery shall be borne by the buyer. Clear title shall be delivered to the buyer as soon as practical after the end of the auction and after full payment has been made to the seller. The preferred method of payment will be to Paypal account unless seller agrees to another form of payment . Transfer fees and sales tax are the responsibility of the buyer. A bank cashier's check or cash will be acceptable means of payment. A 1,000.00 deposit is required within two days of end of auction. If transaction is not completed within seven days the deposit is non-refundable.
