1947 for rat rod pickup, his is a very cool and unique pickup, t has been customized as a rat rodi.e. ( parts taken from various other vehicles) it is by no means perfect and there aresome things that the new owner would like to change or do differently, ut that is what make this type of vehicle very cool and unique, s the ability to be creative and make it your own. I will list those things that some would consider to be a con, nd then i will list the pro's. The rear fenders (which i love) were taken ibelieve from 50s model chevy, hey are wide and give it a good look but were cut and welded in the middle, hey would need a little work to straighten those out, he bed rails are not the straightest, he cab corners have beenrepaired with patches ( can still see the welds) the front windshield has several cracks. Here are the pro's in myopinion, ust free solid body, rameand suspension is from a for ranger, /C works and blows cold, adio works well, ir bags operate as they should, ires and rims are decent, rakes work well, he front windshield is flat glass and would be cheap to replace, t is a great canvas for someone to build on or enjoy it as it is. It definitely is an attention getter and people love this truck, oung, ld, ale, emale, hey all compliment it which is pretty cool. I purchased this truck basically as you see it. i did however add a new custom steering column from idit, therwise it is as i purchased it. I intended on doing some different things such as correcting the fenders and some of the patched areas, tripping the paint and doing a patina type paint job, oingsomething different on the interior, ossibly a nice paint job, arpeting and different seats.
