Here is a 1980 Rover SD1 4-door sedan with many upgrades and extras. It has a 3.9 liter (instead of the original 3.5). Approximately 3500 miles ago, his engine was rebuilt with new sleeves and pistons, prated oil pump, ent cam (very mild), ll other internals new or as new. Troublesome fuel injection was replaced with Edelbrock Performer dual plane intake and Edelbrock 500 cfm 4 barrel carburetor. At the same time, as fitted with a light flywheel, elf-centering clutch, llison electronic ignition,European split exhaust manifolds, prated 5-speed gearbox, -piston front caliper brakes, luminum radiator, nd a stainless steel exhaust system. Also at that time was fitted with 4 Kumho touring tires, ew rear springs and shocks,new double-ended SUfuel pump, nd the 85 MPH speedo was replaced with the European spec 140 MPH speedo (therefore, e do not know the exact mileage).

This car was driven by our owner as his personal car since 1989, nd received meticulous maintenance on all systems as required. The only problem that we are aware of is that the power steering rack is leaking. A new remanufactured rack will be provided with the car to be installed by the new owner. Also provided with the car are a factory parts book and service manuals. Also includes several boxes of extra parts.

The Rover SD1 is itself a unique, eldom seen vehicle, ut this one is unique even for an SD1. Truly a special vehicle.
