1964 Sunbeam Alpine Series IV

This is a 1964 Sunbeam Alpine I have had since January 2012. I put on a new clutch master cylinder and put in a new battery at that time. The brakes now need to be pumped to work and need rebuilt. The car has been upgraded to the Weber downdraft carb and intake manifold that is common for these cars as parts for the original Solex are not available and the Weber is better. Underneath the car is solid but with rust holes in the battery tray which is very common. There has been a couple badly done patches which I have included photos of but would not be difficult to fix. The convertible top is there but would need replacing as it is dry and the rear window is no longer clear. Car runs with good oil pressure and the generator is charging. This car would be a great project or daily driver after the brakes are fixed. This car has some great options such as the factory clock. radio console. and power brakes. It also has the correct trim rings and hub caps. The original color was color code 19 - Moonstone.
