this 1978 Excalibur came out of a parking garage in Chicago . been in dry storage for a while. clean rust free . the canvas is dry the seats are dry . the rear seat has a rip in the bottom. carpet is good. paint on car has a great shine . would call an 8 . the car started right up with a jump and drove to the enclosed trailer I hauled it home with . i have not driven the car except to the trailer. it does start and move and stop. car will need tires. it will also need fluids and filters before you put it on the road.
