Description for Ford Mustang 1991
The time has come to sell my life's work. I don't drive it, so I'm selling it. This is your opportunity to buy a car with all of the upgrades done. Every upgrade has been carefully researched and compared to other mods before making a decision on what is best to do. No expense has been spared. I know the new owner will be very happy. It idles, starts, and drives great and pulls hard through the gears. Everything has been done less than 10k miles ago, everything. I bought the Coupe from Arizona 12 years ago. It has never been out in Winter, ever. I had it professionally painted, all panels were removed, stripped to bare metal, epoxy primed, urethane primed, blocked straight and painted. The final paint was wet sanded flat and buffed. I used PPG 2002 Glamour clear. All new weatherstripping was installed before reassembly. It still looks fresh today. I reinforced the torque boxes, and then welded on Maximum motorsport subframe connectors (after it was on the frame rack to ensure it was straight, which it was). The rear end is a 4.10 ratio with GT500 clutch packs installed with new seals and bearings, non adjustable tubular control arms, and it has a Perfect Launch cover on it. I installed 4 cylinder rear springs (like a 1993 Cobra) to help with ride quality and weight transfer. In the front I have installed all new suspension parts with Monroe Sensatrack struts. I converted the car to 5 lug the correct way with 1994 Mustang spindles, bearings and dust shields. I put 2003 Cobra brakes in the front, the rear is still drums. The body kit and hood are Cervinni items and fit perfectly. The engine is 331 stroker in an R block. The R block is only bored .030 over (it can go .125 if needed). It features an Eagle forged crank, Eagle forged H-Beam rods, Mahle flat top pistons, a Pete Jackson Noisy Gear Drive, RHS 215 aluminum heads, Magnum Roller Rockers, Edelbrock Victor Jr Intake, a custom cam, FI-Tech Fuel injection and more. It is built to handle 1500hp. The Engine was $10k,and has less than 9000 miles on it. I have BBK ceramic headers attached to a Pypes stainless steel 304 exhaust with Borla mufflers. The reason I went with Fi-Tech was because it is self tuning, and is super easy to use. It also allowed me to control the on/off temps of the electrical fans. There aren't any tuners near me so I went with this setup. The Fitech kit was $1500 and was their best unit at the time. I didn't cut or remove any wiring so it could go back to the original EFI setup. The T56 was the 012 model made specifically for Fox Body Mustangs. I bought it new, and had Fanatical Performance upgrade 5th and 6th gear to drop the rpms on the highway with the 4.10 gears. You won't find another T56 like this, ever. The drivetrain is perfectly optimized and is the best of both worlds. Rem polished sliders, upgraded synchro rings, and billet keys were also installed. A Ram Hd clutch is being actuated by a McCloed hydraulic clutch conversion kit. The interior has new carpet, headliner, Ford Racing Tach, and a wideband O2 sensor. The Wheels are Ultra Rare ROH ZR6 5 lug, 17" from Australia. I had them ceramic coated. Try to find another set.The only issues with the car are the A.C. is not functional, everything is still installed just no Freon, the cruise doesn't work with the Fi-Tech (you will need the cruise parts from a 1985 Mustang). If the buy it now is used I will include the Edelbrock RPM 2 upper, an RPM upper, and lower, all ported by Tom Moss along with a quarter horse tuner. This setup worked ok, but needed some tweaking, which I didn't have time to do. Feel free to call me with any questions 715 409 0297
