Sunbeams: Two 1967 Alpines

Description for Other Makes Mark V 1967

Both vehicles need restoration. Green Sunbeam- damage to right front fender/front end. Fender was scrapped. Frame was damaged and straightened. Grey Sunbeam-was purchased to use as a parts car to restore the Green Sunbeam. Green Sunbeam engine was running great prior to accident (no engine damage). and is free turning. Grey Sunbeam engine needs some work. Both vehicles are restorable. or use one for parts. Some NOS parts included: New convertible top. upper grill moulding. front amber lens. motor mounts. bushings (suspension). cross member wedges. shocks (front). sealed beams. nbsp;and headlight rim. Have lots of literature also. Green Sunbeam: The right front of frame was bent and straightened by Kensington Auto Body. The right front was damaged in an accident 28 years ago. The engine is in very good condition. It was partially restored prior to the accident and was running perfectly. . nbsp;i. e. New #4 piston. nbsp; all new valves. rings. reconditioned head. rod and main bearings. Garage kept for 34 yrs. Windshield good. Seats have cat claw marks. Grey Sunbeam: Front and back windshields are cracked. Frame and body are straight. Front cross member/suspension are damaged and not attached to car ( the good front cross member/suspension was removed from the Grey Sunbeam and installed on the Green Sunbeam. A dolly is attached to the front of the car for easy moving. Interior is in bad shape. Gauges are there. Engine needs some work. Garage kept for last 28 yrs.
