1956 Packard Clipper Super V-8 Runs used as a daily driver but needs restoration

I am selling this for a little old lady (no joke. she is my girlfriend) and I am a little old man to be fair. she drives this car all the time it is her only car so it's local use and highway driving up to 50 miles one way. Please understand I am not a expert on this car. but I will try very hard to get answers on the condition etc. Ebay would not let me list until I checked a box called Drive. the only option listed was U/K what does that mean? I could not figure it out. The odometer is not working. but probably only 1. 00 miles on rebuilt engine has paperwork on rebuilt pump for brakes. rebuilt (automatic) transmission. and the engine The car came out of Brea CA but full history is unknown so it was driven in southern California and????. The car currently is being driven around California City. CA which is 2 hours north of Los Angeles CA. 1 hour from Bakersfield. 4 hours from LasVegas NV The car must be picked up in California City/Mojave area. It looks to me that the head liner is new. nicely done. the seats need a cover or upholstery. back seats ok. front seats look bad but it is a comfortable ride. The condition of the trunk is great and it has a spare and cover on the spare. There is a aftermarket cd player/ changer in the trunk. not sure if it works or not. we have the remote thingie for it. Tires are pretty good shape. It is missing the original power antenna for the radio and no clue if the radio works. nbsp; The mirror on drivers side door is a good replacement there is no exterior mirror on the passenger side not even holes for where to put one. I bought aftermarket seat belts but have not yet installed them. A neighbor thinks he can install them tomorrow. I bought the reinforcing plates suggested for a aftermarket installation. This is a 2 door engine displacement is 352 cu inch small block stock. tire size is 215-190R / 15 Vehicle has factory stylish side skirts brake system has been completely gone thru recently . Engine and transmission redone appraiser noted it runs great. The appraiser NADA SEMA affiliate with 15 years experience. somehow determined it has 200. 40 miles on it. Estimate??
