Description for Plymouth Road Runner 1970

This is a rock solid 1970 road runner. I purchased it from the estate of the original owner 10 years ago. He bought it new when he was young, he drove it for a couple years and turned it into a drag car "not tubbed". It's an original motor freshly rebuilt professionally bored 40 over. Rallye red, 4 speed pistol grip. I had the roll cage removed and floor replaced not due to rust but due to the frame ties he installed. I have the original air grabber hood and scoop. I also have a fiberglass snorkel hood with pins that he used for racing. I have the original brown bench seat interior and original build sheet. Original trans 4 speed pistol grip. The car includes turn signal indicators that go in the air grabber hood which is rare for this vehicle. I have the factory red line tires and rims that came with the car when new. I've lost interest in the project and am looking to sell. It's also registered with Galen Govier if you could ever get ahold of them. I do not have the original intake or exhaust manifolds or the original carb. I also do not have the air grabber components that go between the carb and the underside of the hood. It does have the tick tack das, no splits in the dash headliner perfect, always stored indoors since new. This roadrunner has its original fender tag, vin on dash, and Vin on drivers door jamb along with original build sheet. The trans and rear end are also numbers matching. The fresh engine rebuild was done professionally during my ownership. My intent was to go back to stock. When I purchased it my mechanic put some racing fuel in it and she popped right of. Loud! I sold the huge racing carb and intake that were in it. The tires slicks and rims are included along with the rims and tires that were with it when new.
